Our passionate team developed Mira after we recognized the stress trauma and PTSD has on many of our close friends, family members, colleagues and strangers we pass on the street. We wanted to create a self-management tool that would help them through an ongoing crisis and be there for support anytime, anywhere.

Working closely with mental health professionals and people with PTSD, we created Mira as a well-rounded tool for anyone who has trauma. PTSD and trauma affects military veterans and service members, along with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood neglect, gun violence, natural disasters and more.
